Refund policy

At Pure Plate, (We sell digital products including eBooks, PDF guides, templates, spreadsheets and other downloadable digital resources.). Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered or made available for download.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund under normal circumstances.

2. Exceptions

We may consider a refund or replacement only in the following cases:

• The product file is corrupted or unusable and we are unable to provide a working replacement
  
• Duplicate payment was made for the same order

To request an exception, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase at help@pureplate.shop with your order details.

3. Order Cancellation

Since digital products are delivered immediately upon payment, orders cannot be cancelled once the transaction is complete.

4. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and suspend access to your purchased products.
